Admission Procedure

Registration for admission starts in the month of January for class 1st to 8th, before the start of new academic session. An entrance test and an interview is conducted for the final selection from class 1st to up words.

  • Nursery / L.K.G class – Child should have attained 3+ years on 31st March of the concerned year, in which the admission is to be sought.
  • U.K.G class – Child should be 4+ years on 31st March of concerned year, in which admission is to be sought.
The registration forms are available at school Reception.
Documents to be submitted along with the Register form :-
  • Photo copy of Aadhar card of child & Parents.
  • Photo copy of Date of birth certificate (D.O.B)
  • Four Passport size Colourful Photos of child and Two photos of Parents.
  • School Leaving Certificate and Report card of previous class
  • Requirements at the time of admission :-
    • Bring original document for verification
    • Both parents / guardian child are required to be present

Fee Management

  • The school fee is charged monthly.
  • The due date for monthly fee summation is upto 10th of every month.
  • Penalty charge Rs. 5/- per day.
  • If the fee is not submitted upto 25th of the month, the name of child will be struck off.
  • Two month fee including van fee will be charged in the month of May, June and February, March.
  • Exam fee have to pay once in a year. Exam fee will be Rs. 500/- per head.
  • There is no charge for Dance activities but dress charges will be paid.
  • Sibling concession Rs. 100/-
  • 5% concession will be given to be the students who deposit complete tuition fees of the month at the time of admissions.
  • Admission fee, Registration fee will not be refundable in any conditions.
  • All the students using van facility have to deposit their van charges for all the 12 months of the year.
  • For students seeking admission in next class:- (Old or New)
  • Fee must be submitted with in ten days from the date of commencement os the session.

Attendance Policies

  • All students are required to attend school regularly and on time.
  • School rewards students for 100% attendance.
  • Every students must complete 80% of school attendances to appear in the annual examination.
  • Every student must be present in Morning Prayer and at the time of roll call in the class room.
  • Absence for one or both the session of a day without any leave application means a fine of 2 Rs. and name is struck of the roles after continues absence for one week.
  • Attendance in school functions co-curricular activities and extra class is equally compulsory and same norms are applicable for all activities.
  • No leave application is sanctioned if not properly endorsed by parents or authorised guardian.

Parent Guidlines

  • Send your ward in proper uniform if any student is not wearing the appropriate school uniform the parents will be called to school.
  • Tight fighting trousers are not allowed.
  • All parents must be ensure that their ward complete their daily house work on the time.
  • P.T.M should be regularly attended to discuss the performance of your ward.
  • Parents are not permitted to meet teachers during school timings.
  • Encourage your child to sit quietly in the school vehicle listen the instructions given by the driver.
  • Students should not apply Nail paint, Mehndi & any kinds of ornaments.
  • Students who come to school on their own should arrives at school before 10 minutes before the bell ring.
